Meadow View Cabin

Meadow View Cabin
Our self contained cabin is located amidst our 170 acre Ranch, close to Horse Barn, but very quiet. It is decorated eclectic country style. It accommodates 4 people, has a bedroom (1 Queen Bed), a bathroom with shower and an open loft (2 Twin Beds). A fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room. Local TV/VCR/DVD, Radio/CD Player, Hair Dryer, Bathrobe, Magazines and Books, Heat and Air Conditioning for your comfort. The private patio overlooking forests, ponds and pastures rounds up the picturesque setting with outside sitting area with a gas BBQ and fire pit. $75/person plus $8 each additional person.

Studio Apartment – "The Hayloft"

The Hayloft is decorated eclectic country style. It has 2 bedrooms and sleeps 4 (1 Queen bed and 2 twin beds). Local TV/VCR, Radio/CD Player, Hair Dryer, Bathrobe, Magazines and Books, Heat and Air Conditioning for your comfort. It also has a living room, fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, and an outside sitting area with gas BBQ and fire pit. This is the area where we raise our bottle calves (baby calves from May-October), keep our chickens, and 4 of our cats live in this barn.
$65/person plus $8 each additional adult.

Small Studio – "The Cowboy Room"

The Cowboy Room is located in the horse barn opposite 2 stalls. It is decorated in a cowboy theme. It sleeps 2 (twin beds), has a small sitting room, living room with futon (full-size bed), and a bathroom with shower. There is a small kitchen unit with microwave, fridge, toaster, coffee machine, TV/DVD, radio/CD player, heat and air conditioning. Perfect for a short stay!
$50/person plus $8 each additional person.

Small Studio – "Holly's Retreat"

Holly's Retreat is located downstairs in the barn, the same barn as "The Hayloft". It is decorated eclectic country (more feminine) style. It sleeps 2 (2 twin beds), has a small sitting area with futon (full size bed), local TV/DVD, radio/CD player, hair dryer, bathrobes, magazine and books, heat and air conditioning for your comfort. It also has a small kitchen with a microwave, fridge, toaster, and coffee machine. The bathroom has a shower. There is also an outside sitting area.
$50/person plus $8 each additional person.

Get to know our horses (sorry, no horseback riding), or bring your own horse and enjoy some quality time with your equine buddy riding through our meadows. Read a book, have a game of pitching horse shoes, help us feed our bottle calves (from May-October)...meet our piggie's Ham and Porkchop...but whatever you will do, we are sure that you will relax and have fun.

Whether you like to sit and watch or as an avid outdoor enthusiast, you can find lots of entertainment in and around Lebanon.

Also available in Lebanon is the "McNail Indoor Arena" which you may use for a small fee per horse (based on availability). If you're interested in events such as Team Roping, Team Penning, Rodeos, or Barrel Racing, this is the place to go!

Reservations

As a small family-owned and run business, we submit the following for all our guests:

Our Reservation promise to you is that we will have your accommodations as promised, and yours to us that you will come visit and enjoy your stay.

Early departures are not eligible for rebate.
To guarantee your reservation, a deposit of 50% is required at time of reservation, with the balance due on check-out, or a Credit Card number to hold your reservation.
We will take your name and address and send you a receipt (if you paid your deposit cash, money order, or personal check) once we received the payment.

Cancellations for stays more than 1 night

Being a small family owned ranch, cancelled reservations affect us significantly. We therefore adhere to a policy for cancellations.

Cancellations with 8 days notice, we will refund your deposit less a cancellation fee of $25.00. Bookings for holiday weekends cancel fee is the amount of 1 night's charge.
Cancellations less than 8 days notice, we will not be able to refund your deposit unless we are able to re-book your reserved accommodations (also stalls/paddocks) for another guest.

Cancellations for stays of only 1 night

Cancellations with less than 24 hours, we will not be able to refund your deposit unless we are able to re-book your reserved accommodations (also stalls/paddocks)
for another guests.
