***A Note to our Guests***
Rather than
increasing our prices due to ever rising gas and living expenses, we decided
to do the following:
We used to
supply our guests with continental breakfast supplies such as bagels,
cheese, yoghurt etc. As of April 1, 2008, we will provide our guests only
with our goodie basket (fruit and candy) as well as our basket with various
teas, coffee, hot chocolate, jam, honey, peanut butter, sugar, etc.
If, however, you
would like us to provide continental breakfast supplies (maybe because you are
traveling with a horse and only stay one night with us), please let us know and
we'll be happy to do so!

Accommodations:
Cabin (sleeps 4 plus has room for 2
air mattresses): $75 for 1st
person, $8 each additional person. Click here for a

Apartment (sleeps 4): $65 for 1st person, $8 each additional person.

Cowboy Room (sleeps 2 plus full-size
futon): $55 for 1st person, $8

Holly's Retreat (sleeps 2 plus
full-size futon): $50 for 1st
person,

All linens, towels, blankets as well as kitchen
supplies such as cups, plates, and cutlery etc. are provided.
Children under the age of 12 stay free in
the Cabin and The Hayloft.
Extra air mattresses, baby high chair, and baby playpen available.

Stalls:
You can choose between a
12x12 $20 stall or $10 in pasture per night. Negative Coggins test and vet certificate required.

How to find us:
From Interstate 44, use exit 129 Drive towards Bennett Springs State Park
through Lebanon on Hwy. 64
Approximately 4 miles outside Lebanon
(intersection with yellow flashing light) turn right on AA, then after 2 miles turn left on WW, approx. 2 miles turn right on Missouri Drive. You'll find Meadow View Ranch & Guesthouse on the left after 1 mile.
Ranch is located on a dirt/gravel and hilly road.
