***A Note to our Guests***
Rather than
increasing our prices due to ever rising gas and living expenses, we decided
to do the following:
We used to
supply our guests with continental breakfast supplies such as bagels,
cheese, yoghurt etc. As of April 1, 2008, we will provide our guests only
with our goodie basket (fruit and candy) as well as our basket with various
teas, coffee, hot chocolate, jam, honey, peanut butter, sugar, etc.
If, however, you
would like us to provide continental breakfast supplies (maybe because you are
traveling with a horse and only stay one night with us), please let us know and
we'll be happy to do so!

Accommodations:
Cabin (sleeps 4): $75 for 1st
person, $8 each additional person. Click here for a

Apartment (sleeps 4): $65 for 1st person, $8 each additional person.

Cowboy Room: $50 per night, $8

Holly's Retreat: $50 per night,
$8 each additional person. Photos available soon.
All linens and towels are provided.
Children under the age of 12 stay free in
the Cabin and The Hayloft.
Extra air mattresses available.

Stalls:
You can choose between a
12x12 $15 stall or outside paddock (various sizes) for $10. Negative Coggins test and vet certificate required.

We will be happy to accommodate your
wishes.
Some things you may consider adding to your
stay:
Fresh flowers, wine, champagne or other
beverages, chocolates, fruit basket, a candlelight dinner at a nearby
restaurant, gift basket, snack tray, a round
or two of golf at a nearby golf course.
Discounts:
We offer a 10% discount for a booking for
cabin and apartment together with a minimum stay of 2 nights or a booking
for cabin or apartment for longer than 4 nights.
COWBOY RATES: If you are staying with
us for 1 night and keep your equine in the paddock, there
will be no charge for your horse.

Well-behaved pets are also welcome, however not to be left unattended
in the cabin or apartment and must be on a leash around the property.
Please be so kind and pick up after your pet!

How to find us:
From Interstate 44, use exit 129 Drive towards Bennett Springs State Park
through Lebanon on Hwy. 64
Approximately 4 miles outside Lebanon
(intersection with yellow flashing light) turn right on AA, then after 2 miles turn left on WW, approx. 2 miles turn right on Missouri Drive. You'll find Meadow View Ranch & Guesthouse on the left after 1 mile.
Ranch is located on a dirt/gravel and hilly road.
