Guests with Horse Trailers will be accepted no later than 8 pm, special arrangement can be made if necessary.

Whether you are just passing thru with your equine buddy, come with your children to experience life on a farm and let them help feed bottle calves (sorry, no bottle calves at this time) or take care of the goats, horses, our 4 pet cows, piggys, chickens (guests can gather fresh eggs during their stay and also fresh produce from the garden), and cats or you simply want to get away from your daily stress and relax in beautiful surroundings, and enjoy nature.

Meadow View Cabin

Meadow View Cabin
Our self contained cabin is located amidst our 170 acre Ranch, close to Horse Barn, but very quiet. It is decorated eclectic country style. It accommodates 4 people, has a bedroom (1 Queen Bed), a bathroom with shower and an open loft (2 Twin Beds, has room for 2 more persons sleeping on air mattress). A fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room. Local TV/DVD with Dish Network, Radio/CD Player, Hair Dryer, Bathrobe, Magazines and Books, Heat and Air Conditioning for your comfort. The private patio overlooking forests, ponds and pastures rounds up the picturesque setting with outside sitting area with a gas BBQ grill and a fire pit. $75 for 1st person plus $8 each additional person. Children under 12 stay free.

Studio Apartment – "The Hayloft"

The Hayloft is decorated eclectic country style. It has 2 bedrooms and sleeps 4 (1 Queen bed and 2 twin beds). Local TV/DVD with Dish Network, Radio/CD Player, Hair Dryer, Bathrobe, Magazines and Books, Heat and Air Conditioning for your comfort. It also has a living room, fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, and an outside sitting area with gas BBQ grill. Four of our "very friendly" cats live in this barn.
$65 for 1st person plus $8 each additional person. Children under 12 stay free.

Small Studio – "The Cowboy Room"

The Cowboy Room is located in the horse barn opposite 2 stalls. It is decorated in a cowboy theme. It sleeps 2 (twin beds), has a small sitting room, living room with futon (full-size bed), and a bathroom with shower. There is a small kitchen unit with microwave, fridge, toaster, coffee machine, local TV/DVD with Dish Network, radio/CD player, heat and air conditioning. Perfect for a short stay! Also has a small outside sitting area with a gas BBQ grill.
$55 for 1st person plus $8 each additional person. Children under 12 stay free.

Small Studio – "Holly's Retreat"

Holly's Retreat is located downstairs in the barn, the same barn as "The Hayloft". It is decorated eclectic country (more feminine) style. It sleeps 2 (2 twin beds), has a small sitting area with futon (full size bed), local TV/DVD with Dish Network, radio/CD player, hair dryer, bathrobes, magazine and books, heat and air conditioning for your comfort. It also has a small kitchen with a microwave, fridge, toaster, and coffee machine. The bathroom has a shower. There is also an outside sitting area with gas BBQ grill and fire pit.
$50 for 1st person plus $8 each additional person. Children under 12 stay free.

At Meadow View Ranch, you'll be able to relax riding or walking through our meadows and/or on our trails.

Get to know our horses (sorry, no horseback riding), or bring your own horse and enjoy some quality time with your equine buddy riding through our meadows. Read a book, have a game of pitching horse shoes, help us feed our bottle calves (from May-October)...meet our piggie's Ham and Porkchop...but whatever you will do, we are sure that you will relax and have fun.

Reservations

As a small family-owned and run business, we submit the following for all our guests:

Our Reservation promise to you is that we will have your accommodations as promised, and yours to us that you will come visit and enjoy your stay.

Early departures are not eligible for rebate.
To hold and guarantee your reservation, we will need your credit card number. The credit card will not be charged until you're actually staying with us. At that time, you may choose to pay with a personal check or cash if you prefer.

Cancellations

Being a small family owned ranch, cancelled reservations affect us significantly. We therefore adhere to a policy for cancellations.

Cancellations with 8 days notice, we charge a $20.00 fee.
Cancellations less than 8 days notice, we will charge the fee of 1 night's stay (unless we rebook the cancelled dates).

If you are traveling with your horses (and use our facility for a stopover) exceptions can be made. We do, however, prefer a 24 hours notice, if possible.

We appreciate your business, do our utmost to make sure you will enjoy your stay with us and hope that you will understand our position regarding these cancellation policies.
